Zentai Stretching Excercises Jan 2009

These are more for me at this point just so I can keep a visual record of my flexibility progress, as you can see I have a long way to go lol
I've never been very flexible my whole life so this is part of my new years resolution to become so. I wonder how long it takes? lol I'm feeling definite improvement though, I even find that my knee joints don't bother anywhere near as much when I go out running anymore so there are definite benifits to the stretching excersises there :D
